REAC Impossible 2020 – At risk UPCS defects

This guidance impacts the interpretation and application of certain defects, which may not be communicated to property owners.) This Webinar covers recent training and guidance that REAC provided which concerns deficiencies REAC Inspectors are having the most trouble with per REAC Inspectors’ supervisors.

The theme of the Webinar is to impart sufficient understanding of the process REAC uses to assure Inspector interpretation and application of the Inspection standards (UPCS) are consistently applied As a result, attendees will gain the ability to identify defects that are currently prone to misapplication during inspections and adequately prepare the property for addressing these at-risk defects.
